Are the images edited before they are printed?

Of course! As soon as you place an order, your images are hand-edited using Adobe Photoshop CS4® for color, sharpness, and exposure. This is a vital part of the process to ensure that your jaw drops when your images arrive in the mail.

How long does it take to get my photos?

Smugmug is in charge of our printing and processing, and they do an excellent job. Once you order an image, it's usually edited, printed, and shipped within 2 or 3 business days. From that point, it will be on your doorstep in 6-10 business days if you choose standard shipping, 3-5 if you pick expedited.

Will my image look the same as it does in the storefront?

Almost! Besides editing for color and sharpness, we always print the race's logo on the image. That way you can remember what race the photo is from, and you can reminisce! Don't worry, we won't slap the logo right over your face, we'll print it somewhere out of the way.

What's the lost and found section of my race photos?

The lost and found section is where all the photos go that we couldn't identify. Whether it's because you had your bib number turned away or you simply weren't wearing it (tsk tsk!), the photos will be in there. It's a little chaotic at times, but if you don't see photos of you from one section of the race when you do a bib number search, the best bet is that they're in the lost and found section.

Is Brent Doscher Photography available to photograph my race?

Yes, we most likely are! Even if we are already shooting an event the same day as yours, we can get you a couple great photographers to guarantee your race is captured just how you want it. With our growing list of professional photographers, we can handle any assignment you give us!

What states do you photograph in?

We currently do most of our work in the Northeast region of the US. However, If you have a race somewhere else that you'd like photographed, send us a message letting us know the details. We'll tell you whether it's viable to have us there.
